Products
All lampshades are handmade to the highest standard at Bymarie, I have displayed the colour accurately but colours may differ on each screen. As a result I cannot guarantee the true colour is shown on your screen. To avoid disappointment I provide a sample service. Click here to receive samples
The fabrics and rings I use are all backed with flame retardant PVC which have been tested and passed glow wire test carried out by the lighting association.
Cancellations
If you change your mind and would like to cancel your order please get in touch with me as soon as possible. Unfortunately if your lampshade has been made and dispatched I will not be able to refund or exchange your order due to the products unique qualities. Each lampshade is handmade up to each customers taste but if you decide to cancel or change the colour options before we have started to make the order a full refund can be given. Delivery - Lampshades
I aim to post all lampshades out to you within 7 - 10 working days from when the order is placed - if there is any delay you will be contacted via email to inform you of your new delivery date. Once your lampshade has been made with care I will package your lampshade in bubblewrap and paper in a box carefully taped with fragile tape for the extra protection. Each lampshade will be posted using DPD or Royal Mail on a next day delivery service. You will receive either a text message or email from DPD/Royal Mail on the day of your delivery to inform you of a time of delivery.
An email will be sent to each customer when an order has been dispatched stating the delivery company along with a tracking number used.
All delivery prices are stated before placing your order. Free delivery on all orders over £30 within the UK.

Delivery - Accessories
The majority of the accessories are in stock and will be dispatched within 1-2 working days but if the item is out of stock or there is a slight delay in delivery times you will be notified via email.
All accessories orders placed at the same time as a lampshade order will be posted together with the same lead time as the lampshade. If you would like the products sent separately please place your order in separate orders or contact me for this request.

Refunds/Returns policy - Lampshades
PLEASE NOTE: All lampshades on www.bymarie.co.uk are “made to order”, “made to your specification” or “bespoke” are non-returnable, unless received damaged.
If you have received your lampshade damaged, incorrect or missing, Bymarie will endeavor to rectify the situation as quick as possible by replacement. Please contact me within 10 days to rectify this issue on: bymarie@me.com
Please email Photos of the damaged product to me for evidence of the damaged product. A replacement order will be posted out to and you and notified you of a new delivery lead time.
Goods returned back to me damaged will be documented and the customer will be contacted informing them if they are still eligible for a refund.
Bymarie does not accept liability to replace incorrectly placed orders.

Refunds/Returns policy - Accessories
I pride myself on the quality of my products, however if you are not completely satisfied with your product you may cancel your order within (14) fourteen days from receiving your goods.
It is the customers responsibility to return any goods safely and at their expense.​

We accept Paypal and card on our website but if you would like to pay any other way please get in touch with me and I can complete your order an alternative way.

Bymarie receives, collects and stores any information you enter on this website or provide us in any other way.

Software tools are used to measure and collect session information this includes page response times, length of visits to pages and page integration information.

Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only, your personal information is kept securely and confidential and will not be shared with third parties.

Mailing List
When placing an order your email address will automatically be added to the mailing list, to unsubscribe from this list just follow the link at the bottom of each email to remove your details. If you would like to add your details to our mailing list fill out your name and email address on the homepage. Your details will not be passed to any third party company and emails will only be sent out occasionally to update our customers with new stock and exciting new offers.
